Return Policy

Call us immediately if you feel you have something to return. We have a three day after arrival no questions asked return policy, on most orders shipped from our instock inventory.

With certain exceptions we offer a 100% satisfaction gaurantee, which excludes special orders. We offer a refund less shipping costs on orders accepted for return. Note! return shipping and handling costs may also apply to orders accepted for return.

All special orders will not be accepted for return with some exceptions. Product damaged by the shipper will be replaced after the proper claims with the shipper are filed and validated. Special orders are those items commissioned, not in stock or drop shipped from our vendors. A restocking fee of 25% of the purchase price of the item may apply on accepted returns.
